The housing of this guide rail consists of three hollowed-out and arc-welded steel plates. A polyamide resin loaded with glass fibres is injected into these recesses. The result: a weight saving of 30% (at a length of 40.01 cm) compared to conventional guides. No maintenance required thanks to the closed bearings of the intermediate gear.
