SOUND-DAMPENING TURBINE WALL

Every leaf or pebble sucked up follows the airflow through the suction hose and strikes the impeller. Due to centrifugal force, everything is flung against the turbine wall, where it follows the shape of the volute into the blowpipe. The turbine wall therefore acts as a kind of drum that generates a lot of noise. However, thanks to a modified rubber jacket, Eliet manages to dampen the sound of every impact.

SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

The Truckloader is also equipped with an eye used to lift the machine. This lifting eye is positioned so that the Truckloader hangs perfectly balanced during lifting. This makes it easy to attach the 160 kg machine to a trailer or flatbed. Furthermore, the provided suspension hooks allow you to easily suspend the machine from the van or trailer. The support feet are adjustable to the shape and construction of your vehicle.

STEEL DISPLAY WHEEL WITH CONICAL BEARING

The steel impeller (6mm) is manufactured from high-quality steel and is resistant to the impact of aspirated stones and the abrasive effect of sand and soil. Although the steel impeller guarantees robustness, this also means that a considerable weight rests on the fan shaft. Due to intensive use, play may develop in the bearing supporting the shaft, which can have major consequences for the machine if the bearing is not adjusted. The tapered bearing allows for quick and easy adjustment, and therefore contributes to greater operational reliability and a longer service life of the machine.

BELT DRIVE & BRAKING SYSTEM

1. BELT DRIVE
Because operational reliability is of paramount importance, Eliet opted for a belt drive. As a result, the inertia forces of the heavy impeller do not affect the engine's crankshaft. Furthermore, the engine starts more easily.

2. BRAKING SYSTEM
Eliet designed a simple yet ingenious system in which the impeller is actively braked immediately upon the belt being disengaged. This significantly increases the safety level of the machine, as it is the clutch rather than the engine that is switched off in the event of a potential risk. Consequently, the number of starting procedures is substantially reduced, increasing the lifespan of the starter motor.

ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC CONTROL

In addition, Eliet provides electro-pneumatic disengagement control. This significantly increases the safety level of the machine, as it is the clutch rather than the engine that is disengaged in the event of a potential risk. Consequently, the number of starting procedures is substantially reduced, increasing the lifespan of the starter motor.

360° ROTATING BLOW PIPE

The discharge pipe with adjustable valve has – like the suction hose – a diameter of 200 mm, making clogging virtually impossible. Furthermore, the swirling pipe, which is made of welded rigid steel elements, is rotatable 360°. The pivot point is manufactured from nylon, is self-lubricating, and consequently never seizes up due to dirt or rust.

ADJUSTABLE VALVE

To fill the cargo space of a truck right to the brim, a deflector valve is provided at the end of the blower pipe. This can be adjusted at any angle. The shape of the valve ensures that the airflow does not immediately diverge upon exiting the blower pipe, making it easier to direct.

QUICK-REMOVABLE FRONT HATCH

Of all the material passing through the turbine, some always sticks to the wall. With standard machines, one therefore has to search through the adhering dirt for the fastening nuts in order to remove the front plate. With the Eliet Truckloader, thanks to the specially designed external fastening bolts, the front plate can be removed in no time with a minimum of tools.

CLEANING VALVE

If silt and mud are frequently sucked up, sediment quickly forms at the bottom of the turbine. Therefore, Eliet provided a cleaning valve at the bottom of the machine that makes it possible to easily flush the sludge out of the turbine with a garden hose.

TRANSPARENT SUCTION HOSE

Furthermore, the Truckloader is equipped as standard with a transparent Vacuumflex suction hose. The lightweight and transparent suction hose hardly restricts freedom of movement and allows potential blockages in the hose to be located and cleared immediately. The suction hose is easily slid off the machine using a special quick-release system. The safety system also activates immediately and switches off the engine if necessary.

SAFETY COMES FIRST

With the new generation of the Truckloader, the primary focus was on the machine's active safety through the integration of the clutch and brake. This means that when the belt drive is disengaged, the impeller is automatically braked.
