SUCTION TURBINE

The large-diameter (450 mm) suction turbine guarantees high suction capacity. The diameter of both the intake hose and the discharge pipe is Ø200 mm, making clogging of the material being fed through virtually impossible. The suction turbine features a replaceable casing that acts as a wear part and is also rubber-coated to dampen the drumming sound of the sucked-in material. ELIET deliberately chose to separate the gasoline engine from the suction turbine. It is fully anchored in the support frame so that the force acting on the turbine does not affect the engine.

SOUND-DAMPENING TURBINE WALL

Every leaf or pebble sucked up follows the airflow through the suction hose and strikes the impeller. Due to centrifugal force, everything is flung against the turbine wall, where it follows the shape of the volute into the blowpipe. The turbine wall therefore acts as a kind of drum that generates a lot of noise. However, thanks to a modified rubber jacket, Eliet manages to dampen the sound of every impact.

TRANSPARENT SUCTION HOSE

Furthermore, the Truckloader is equipped as standard with a transparent Vacuumflex suction hose. The highly flexible suction hose is 3.5 m long and transparent. The suction nozzle rests on a swivel wheel, meaning it does not need to be constantly held up. The lightweight and transparent suction hose hardly restricts freedom of movement and allows potential blockages in the hose to be located and cleared immediately. With a special quick-release system, the suction hose is easily slid off the machine. The safety mechanism also activates immediately and switches off the motor if necessary. An “Easyhandle^™” can also be selected as an option. This suction nozzle features two swivel wheels with a movable seat to further enhance operator comfort. The suction hose is supported by a support arm at 1.5 m so that the hose does not drag unnecessarily across the ground and wear out.

DISADVANTAGE WHEEL

The impeller is attached to the crankshaft with a conical clamping bushing, which makes disassembly easy.

CARRYING HANDLES

Two sturdy carrying handles allow two people to lift the machine and hook it up to the truck.

360° ROTATING BLOW PIPE

The discharge pipe with adjustable valve has – like the suction hose – a diameter of 200 mm, making clogging virtually impossible. Furthermore, the swirling pipe, which is made of welded rigid steel elements, is rotatable 360°. The pivot point is manufactured from nylon, is self-lubricating, and consequently never seizes up due to dirt or rust.

SUPPORTS

The supports used to suspend the piston from the truck have adjustable feet with rubber soles.

ADJUSTABLE VALVE

To fill the cargo space of a truck right to the brim, a deflector valve is provided at the end of the blower pipe. This can be adjusted at any angle. The shape of the valve ensures that the airflow does not immediately diverge upon exiting the blower pipe, making it easier to direct.

MOVING MACHINE

The frame rests on two wheels, making it easy to move and store the machine.
