THE EXHAUST PIPE

The Super Prof's discharge pipe is a remarkable feat of engineering. Its shape prevents turbulence, and its curvature was calculated according to the optimal trajectory of the flying chips. Consequently, the machine's throwing range is phenomenal. The decision to manufacture the discharge pipe from high-quality plastic was therefore deliberate. The material is seamless, corrosion-resistant, perfectly smooth, and, moreover, sound-insulating. Due to this low air resistance, the pipe is less prone to blockages. The discharge pipe has a discharge height of 2 m and can be rotated 300°.

FOLDABLE BLOWER TUBE

The discharge level of the blower pipe on the Super Prof is 2 m. This is a major advantage, as it allows you to blow the chips from any position to wherever you wish to place them. Since this height would not be a hindrance during transport, the blower pipe can be easily folded down and clamped onto the machine. This reduces the total height to 1.45 m.

WHEEL DRIVE - ZR

On the new Super Prof, each of the wheels is equipped with a powerful hydraulic wheel motor. Using a rotary handle on the steering wheel, the forward or backward speed is controlled with a simple flick of the wrist. The further you turn the handle forward or backward, the faster the machine moves in that direction. This wheel drive is so powerful that one man can effortlessly load and unload the machine from a van or trailer.

INPUT FUNNEL

The feed opening was deliberately made as wide as possible without compromising the compact dimensions of the machine. The hopper opening has become noticeably larger, particularly at the top. This creates a larger loading platform that allows the operator to deposit the green waste more quickly, thereby freeing up both hands to handle the waste. The special shape of the hopper walls consistently drives the pruning waste towards the 45 cm wide central hopper bottom. This flat bottom no longer narrows towards the feed roller. The feed roller can lift 13 cm, creating an enormous throughput opening. Professionals greatly appreciate this when feeding heavily branched branches or bulky pruning waste.

INTELLIGENT MACHINE

All the machine's functionalities are grouped on a clear dashboard at the front of the machine. Centrally located between the ignition switch and the choke valve on this dashboard, the large LCD screen stands out. The Super Prof communicates with its operator via this LCD screen. In addition to displaying useful machine data, the operator will be alerted to periodic maintenance that needs to be performed. Below the display is the machine's most essential button: the “ACTION” button. This electric control of the electromagnetic clutch activates the blade system and the Axelero^™. With a press of this button, the shredder beast is brought to life.

SIMPLE INPUT

With push buttons within easy reach, one can easily select feed or return. Integrated LED lighting in the button ensures the selection is always clearly visible. A single press of the emergency stop lever or one of the buttons neutralizes the selection and immediately stops the feed roller. This ultimate ease of operation guarantees time savings.

MINIMAL MANAGEMENT COSTS

The wheel drive on this machine makes transporting it easy. The blade system is resistant to foreign objects and is easy to maintain. Finally, the resale value on the second-hand market is high, which is an extra bonus for the ROI.

The optional ABM system (anti-lock braking system) ensures that the engine always operates at its maximum power and that fuel consumption remains below 3 liters per hour.
Eliet's patented chipping system exploits the weakness of the wood and therefore requires less engine power. Additionally, the compact machine with a wide feed opening allows for the chipping of both thick branches up to 12 cm and bundles of bulky green waste. Pruning waste does not need to be sorted, and branches do not need to be trimmed before work can begin. A massive time saver.
