THE EXHAUST PIPE

The discharge pipe of the Super Prof MAX is a remarkable feat of engineering. Its shape prevents turbulence, and its curvature was calculated according to the optimal trajectory of the flying chips. Consequently, the machine's throwing range is phenomenal. The decision to manufacture the discharge pipe from high-quality plastic was therefore deliberate. The material is seamless, corrosion-resistant, perfectly smooth, and, moreover, sound-insulating. Due to this low air resistance, the pipe is less prone to blockages. The discharge pipe has a discharge height of 2 m and can be rotated 300°.

FOLDABLE BLOWER TUBE

The discharge level of the blower pipe on the Super Prof MAX is 2 m. This is a major advantage, as it allows you to blow the chips from any position to wherever you wish to place them. Since this height would not be a hindrance during transport, the blower pipe can be easily folded down and clamped onto the machine. This reduces the total height to 1.45 m.

TRAILER

The shredder is mounted on a galvanized and suspended trailer. This Super Prof MAX ON ROAD has the same features as the standard self-propelled version. The trailer also presents no disadvantages in terms of ease of maintenance. The total weight of the trailer is only 495 kg. This low weight places no special demands on the towing vehicle, and any employee holding a B driving license can transport the machine. Good weight distribution allows the shredder to be easily moved by hand once uncoupled from the vehicle. The trailer is homologated and features all compliant equipment regarding lighting, drawbar, etc.

INPUT FUNNEL

The feed opening was deliberately made as wide as possible without compromising the compact dimensions of the machine. The hopper opening has become noticeably larger, particularly at the top. This creates a larger loading platform that allows the operator to deposit the green waste more quickly, thereby freeing up both hands to handle the waste. The special shape of the hopper walls consistently drives the pruning waste towards the 45 cm wide central hopper bottom. This flat bottom no longer narrows towards the feed roller. The feed roller can lift 13 cm, creating an enormous throughput opening. Professionals greatly appreciate this when feeding heavily branched branches or bulky pruning waste.

INTELLIGENT MACHINE

All the machine's functionalities are grouped on a clear dashboard at the front of the machine. Centrally located between the ignition switch and the choke valve on this dashboard, the large LCD screen stands out. The Super Prof MAX communicates with its operator via this LCD screen. In addition to displaying useful machine data, the operator will be alerted to periodic maintenance that needs to be performed. Below the display is the machine's most essential button: the “ACTION” button. This electric control of the electromagnetic clutch activates the blade system and the Axelero. With a press of this button, the shredder beast is brought to life.

SIMPLE INPUT

With push buttons within easy reach, one can easily select feed or return. Integrated LED lighting in the button ensures the selection is always clearly visible. A single press of the emergency stop lever or one of the buttons neutralizes the selection and immediately stops the feed roller. This ultimate ease of operation guarantees time savings.

OPTIMAL FLEXIBILITY & TIME SAVINGS

The machine shreds both wood and bulky bales of green waste. Therefore, you do not need to sort the material beforehand. Furthermore, you drive this self-propelled shredder right to where you want to shred, so you do not have to waste time loading and unloading material.

Eliet's patented chipping system exploits the weakness of the wood and therefore requires less engine power. EFI stands for “Electronic Fuel Injection”. With this advanced technology, a small internal microprocessor determines how much fuel is injected based on the load. This ensures that the engine maintains a much more consistent power curve over a wide speed range. When applied to a shredder, this leads to a 25% reduction in fuel consumption and a proportional gain in efficiency. Notably, this EFI engine no longer has a choke valve and yet starts without problems at any ambient temperature.

Since this Vanguard EFI engine does not have a conventional carburetor but uses direct injectors, classic carburetor problems such as gumming, leaks during transport, and clogging can be avoided. Above all, the precisely controlled fuel injection permanently ensures an optimal air-fuel ratio, resulting in complete combustion at all times. Consequently, the exhaust gases are cleaner, which is another step forward in caring for our planet.
