WIDE TIRES

ELIET chose to equip the traction wheels with oversized wide lawn tires with a tread of 260 mm. These wide pneumatic tires ensure minimal ground pressure to avoid rutting.

SPRAYING DISCS

The spreading material falls onto two hydraulically driven spreading discs (dia. 380 mm) that distribute it widely. With a spreading width of up to 5 m, the EcoCure^™ can handle a wide range of lawn spreading additives: coarse or fine compost, sand, lime in granular or powder form, as well as fertilizer. Furthermore, the machine is also suitable for spreading salt in winter.

CONVEYOR BELT WITH AGITATOR MILL

At the bottom of the conical bunker runs a 450 mm wide conveyor belt that transports the topdressing material to the spreading device. The conveyor belt is hydraulically driven. The flow rate of spreading material can be regulated by both the belt speed and the adjustable opening under the guillotine slide. Just before the spreading opening, an agitator mill rotates, continuously loosening the spreading material to prevent clumping and bridging.

FULLY HYDRAULICALLY DRIVEN

ELIET chose to fully equip its EcoCure^™ with maintenance-free hydraulic drives. The machine was therefore fitted with a large 15 L oil reservoir. The large oil volume ensures that the entire hydraulic system operates at a low temperature at all times, guaranteeing optimal performance for this topdresser in every situation.
