STURDY CHASSIS
The larger the machine and the more powerful the engine, the more extreme the conditions in which a machine is deployed. It is not without reason that the E750 has a fully welded chassis made of 3 mm sheet steel, which has been further reinforced at critical points.

MUSSEL CHOICE

In addition to the classic fixed blades of the ELIET scarifiers, ELIET has developed two other blade types specifically for professional users. These loose and Double Cut^™ blades also benefit from the special features of PPM^™ technology. The choice is yours!

VERTICAL BELT TENSION

To disengage the blades, ELIET does not use a classic tensioning pulley that constantly causes malfunctions. Instead, ELIET developed the ‘vertical belt tensioning’. With this system, the motor plate is lifted by means of a lever mechanism, thereby tensioning the belt. This ensures the belt retains its natural shape even under load, significantly extending its service life. The two pulleys engage only on the inside of the belt, protecting the outside from wear. Consequently, a belt on a professional ELIET scarifier very rarely needs to be replaced.

DEPTH ADJUSTMENT ON REAR WHEELS

ELIET guarantees that the Permanent Pointed Blades^™ will not be worn down even after 100 operating hours. The depth adjustment on the front wheels is insufficient to wear away the full blade length. Therefore, the E750 also features depth adjustment on the rear wheels.

ALUMINUM WHEELS

The large aluminium wheels on the E750 are of very high quality. The 20 mm wheel axles can take a beating. Thanks to the double ball bearings on each wheel, you hardly notice that the machine is driving over grass. The wide rubber tread ensures that this scarifier leaves few or no tracks on the lawn.

WHEEL SCRAPS

Moss and soil being raked out constantly stick to the wheels, causing the machine to bounce across the lawn. This makes driving difficult and reduces the machine's efficiency. ELIET equips the machine with wheel scrapers as standard that prevent dirt from sticking to the wheels.

STEEL SHIELD COVER

Every 2 cm, a small blade rakes the lawn surface. It is therefore logical that a significant amount of soil and other debris is removed from the ground. To protect the operator from any flying stones, ELIET therefore opted for a steel protective cover.
