Just as a pen must be held firmly in the hand to draw a straight line, so too should an edge trimmer be held firmly. This ensures that every movement of the handlebars is translated into a uniform displacement of the blade. ELIET therefore opts resolutely for a robust welded frame, which immediately eliminates any potential play in the bolt fastenings.

BLADE DIAMETER 300 MM

The ELIET KS 300 PRO features the largest blade on the market. This offers advantages: greater active working depth, a better cut due to higher cutting speed, and, moreover, 20% longer tool life.

CONTROLS ON THE VIBRATION-DAMPED STEERING WHEEL

The blade drive engages automatically as soon as the depth setting is selected. Using the ergonomically positioned lever on the handlebar, you can adjust the blade depth to a number of positions. The wide dead man's handle on the handlebar is a passive safety feature that prevents you from accidentally reaching your hands near the blade. Soft foam rubber around the handle increases comfort, while a vibration-free grip makes prolonged work pleasant.

ADJUSTABLE ANGLE

The angle of the blades is also adjustable. This allows you to precisely cut away overgrown grass without damaging the structure of your lawn edge. In addition to the straight position, the machine can also cut at 25° and 45°.

RUBBER KNIFE GUARD COVER + BELT GUARD

The blade of the edge trimmer sometimes cuts through soil or along curb stones. There is a very real risk that small stones will be dislodged from the ground in the process. The special shape of the rubber blade guard protects the operator from splashing debris. The rubber absorbs the impact of stones, which reduces noise and increases safety. To ensure safety, the free-running part of the drive belt is covered.

POSITION OF THE FRONT AXLE

Even the curves of creative lawns can be perfectly mowed with the ELIET edger. To achieve this, the axle of the front wheel was precisely aligned with the axle of the blade. As a result, the blade follows a turning circle proportional to the turn taken by the front wheel. This allows the operator to follow the curves of the lawn much more precisely.

LARGE, SMOOTH-RUNING HIGH-QUALITY WHEELS

To ensure that one can concentrate fully on cutting the lawn edge, ELIET has ensured that no other aspect can distract attention. For instance, the edge trimmer is equipped with large wheels. Thanks to the large double ball bearings and the wide rubber tread, the machine is stable and rolls extremely smoothly. The ball bearings are shielded, making them relatively insensitive to sand and dust.

ERGONOMIC HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

The special shape of the handlebar allows the operator to walk at an angle behind the machine, so that he does not have to trample the freshly cut lawn edge to guide the machine into the correct path. With 7 adjustment options, ELIET takes into account not only the ergonomic handle height but also optimal legroom for walking.

EXTRA LUBRICATION POINTS

Hinges and guides are equipped with lubrication points to ensure proper operation in dusty working conditions.

WHEEL SCRAPER

The rear wheels are equipped with wheel scrapers. The tread remains clean at all times, making the machine more stable and providing a better cutting result.
