This universal STIHL guard for trimmer heads and metal cutting tools prevents grass and small stones from being thrown in your direction while you are working. These areheld by the plastic coverand fall back to the ground. When maintaining borders along flower beds or walls for example it can happen that small stones are also loosened in addition to the grass. They are then thrown away by the rotating cutting tool.

The universal guard is designed so that you can easily attach it to various models of STIHL trimmers and brushcutters. Whether you use a trimmer head or a lawn mower this universal STIHL guard offers effective protection during all your gardening work. It is suitable for both small grass clippings and for mowing hedges bushes and hard vegetation. It can also serve as additional protection which is particularly practical for surface and long-stemmed cuttings or for maintenance work on rocky ground.
